About PromoGear

Hello, and welcome to the PromoGear web portal. We are a national distributor of promotional merchandise. My name is Warren Howard and I am the owner of PromoGear. PromoGear provides imprinted or otherwise decorated and personalized promotional products and advertising specialties to educational institutions, large and small businesses along with sales to private parties.

PromoGear was established in 1998 and was one of the first promotional products distributors to be represented on the internet.  Our website registration dates back to the 1990′s!

We believe in actively supporting the communities in which we conduct business. As PromoGear operates nationally we have chosen to support the national Habitat for Humanity organization to whom we donate a portion of the revenue we realize from each sale we make. We also will provide free web hosting and related programming services to needy non-profit organizations. Currently we are assisting The Bullied Project (bullied911.org) and Youth Services Network of Southwest Ohio (facit.com) with their web presence requirements.

PromoGear is the registered trade name for Vision Santa Fe Inc, an Ohio C Corporation.  We are a member of the Advertising Specialties Institute (ASI) and Promotional Products Advertsing Institute (PPAI). We are also registered with the Universal Promotional Identification Code (UPIC).  Promogear is a Better Business Bureau accredited business and is a member of BBB-online and the Better Business Bureau of Dayton, Ohio.
